AVSECO - Access Control Measure at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA)
In August of Year 2019, Hong Kong Airport Authority obtained the extension of interim injunction order issued by High Court. Aviation Security Company (AVSECO) has been authorized to implement relevant access control measure, for the purpose of preventing any persons to illegally and deliberately disrupt the normal operation of airport.
Hence, various designated access control point have been established by AVSECO’s officers to assist bona fide departing passengers and airport staff to enter the area of Passenger Terminal Building.
