Personal Information Collection Statement (Recruitment)

Purposes of Collection

1.You have to produce copy of Hong Kong Identity Card to Aviation Security Company Limited after being employed as required by aviation security work for the purpose of vetting, application of Security Personnel Permit and Airport Restricted Area Permit.

2.It is our policy to retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future recruitment purposes for a period of two years.

3.Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have a right to request access to, and to request correction of, your personal data in relation to your application.  If you wish to exercise these rights, please send a written request to our Privacy Commissioner (3/F, HKIA Tower 2, 15 Cheong Tat Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong) or email to hrdrec@avseco.com.hk.

Retention Period

We may retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future recruitment purposes for two years.
