On 24^th October 2025, Airport Authority Hong Kong and Aviation Security Company Limited jointly hosted the highly anticipated HKIA Customer Service Forum at Asia World-Expo. Under the theme ‘One Team One Experience’, the event facilitated in-depth discussions and experience sharing on customer service excellence with numerous experts and senior executives and management from various operational entities at Hong Kong International Airport. The forum attracted over 300 participants, who actively engaged in the discussions and posed numerous questions.
