Provision of Operational Trousers
for the Aviation Security Company Limited
Aviation Security Company Limited, Hong Kong (AVSECO) was established in 1997 and is jointly owned by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. At present, AVSECO employs over 4,000 staff.
AVSECO now invites tender for the provision of operational trousers. Duration of the contract is 24 months from the contract commencement date which is tentatively August 2024 with an extension option of a maximum of 12 months.
Tender Document
The Invitation to Tender document is available in the following manner:
(1) Collect in person or via representative
Collect physically at AVSECO Procurement Office at 3/F., 15 Cheong Tat Road, Hong Kong International Airport Tower 2 from 5 June 2024 between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, until the tender closing time and date (2:30 pm on 17 July 2024). Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card upon collection for AVSECO’s record purpose.
(2) Collect via Email
Email to the AVSECO Representative at tender.a@avseco.com.hk to request collection of the Invitation to Tender document between 5 June 2024 and 2:30 pm on 16 July 2024. Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card for AVSECO’s record purpose when making the request. AVSECO will email the Invitation to Tender document to tenderers upon receipt of the company Business Registration Certificate and name card.
Tender Briefing
Tenderers are invited to attend a tender briefing, which will be held at 10:30 am on 12 June 2024 at AVSECO Headquarters at 3/F., 15 Cheong Tat Road, Hong Kong International Airport Tower 2. For reservations, please call 2949 8122 (Ms. MA) or 2949 8155 (Ms. CHENG)
