Aviation Security Company Limited, Hong Kong (AVSECO) was established in 1997 and is jointly owned by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. At present, AVSECO employs over 4,000 staff.

AVSECO now invites tender for the provision of H3C Network Equipment Support and Maintenance Services.  Duration of the contract is 36 months from the contract commencement date which is tentatively January 2024. 

The Invitation to Tender document is available in the following manner:

(1)           Collect in person or via representative

Collect physically at AVSECO Procurement Office at 3/F., 15 Cheong Tat Road, Hong Kong International Airport Tower 2 from 13 September 2023 between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, until the tender closing time and date (2:30 pm on 11 October 2023).  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card upon collection for AVSECO’s record purpose.

(2)           Collect via Email

Email to the AVSECO Representative at tender.b@avseco.com.hk to request collection of the Invitation to Tender document between 13 September 2023 and 2:30pm on 10 October 2023.  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card for AVSECO’s record purpose when making the request.  AVSECO will email the Invitation to Tender document to tenderers upon receipt of the company Business Registration Certificate and name card.
