Provision of Network Security Appliance, Implementation, Support and Maintenance Services
Aviation Security Company Limited, Hong Kong (AVSECO) was established in 1997 and is jointly owned by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. At present, AVSECO employs over 4,000 staff.
AVSECO now invites tender for the provision of Network Security Appliance, Implementation, Support and Maintenance Services. Duration of the contract is 26 months from the contract commencement date which is tentatively December 2022 with an extension option of support and maintenance services on a yearly basis up to a maximum of three years.

The Invitation to Tender document is available in the following manner:
(1) Collect in person or via representative
Collect physically at AVSECO Procurement Office at 3/F., 15 Cheong Tat Road, Hong Kong International Airport Tower 2 from 3 November 2022 between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, until the tender closing time and date (2:30 pm on 30 November 2022). Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card upon collection for AVSECO’s record purpose.
(2) Collect via Email
Email to the AVSECO Representative at tender.b@avseco.com.hk to request collection of the Invitation to Tender document between 3 November 2022 and 2:30 pm on 29 November 2022. Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card for AVSECO’s record purpose when making the request. AVSECO will email the Invitation to Tender document to tenderers upon receipt of the company Business Registration Certificate and name card.
