Aviation Security Company Limited, Hong Kong (AVSECO) was established in 1997 and is jointly owned by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.  At present, AVSECO employs over 4,000 staff.

AVSECO now invites tender for the provision of video control and display system for War Room of AVSECO situated at Hong Kong International Airport Tower 2.  Duration of the contract is four months from the contract commencement date which is tentatively March 2022.

The Invitation to Tender document is available in the following manner:

(1)     Collect in person or via representative

Collect physically at AVSECO Procurement Office at 1/F., 1 Cheong Yip Road,  Hong Kong International Airport from 7 February 2022 between 9:30 am and    12:30 pm and between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, until the tender    closing time and date (2:30 pm on 7 March 2022).  Please provide copy of valid    Business Registration Certificate and company name card upon collection for        AVSECO’s record purpose.

(2)     Collect via Email

   Email to the AVSECO Representative at tender.b@avseco.com.hk to request collection of the Invitation to Tender document between 7 February 2022 and 2:30 pm on 4 March 2022.  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card for AVSECO’s record purpose when making the request.  AVSECO will email the Invitation to Tender document to tenderers upon receipt of the company Business Registration Certificate and name card.

Tenderers are invited to attend a site visit, which will be held between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on 14 February 2022 at AVSECO Headquarters, Hong Kong International Airport Tower 2.  For reservations, please call 2949 8290 (Ms. YAN).
