Provision of Project Management Service and IT Facilities Relocation for
New Headquarters for Aviation Security Company Limited
Aviation Security Company Limited, Hong Kong (AVSECO) was established in 1997 and is jointly owned by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. At present, AVSECO employs over 4,000 staff.
AVSECO now invites tender for the Provision of Project Management Service and IT Facilities Relocation for New Headquarters. Duration of the contract is 6 months from contract commencement date which is tentatively October 2021.
Tender Document
The Invitation to Tender document is available in the following manner:
(1) Collect in person or via representative
Collect physically at AVSECO Procurement Office at 1/F., 1 Cheong Yip Road, Hong Kong International Airport from 23 July 2021 between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, until the tender closing time and date (12:00 noon on 19 Aug 2021). Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card upon collection for AVSECO’s record purpose.
(2) Collect via Email
Email to the AVSECO Representative at tender.b@avseco.com.hk to request collection of the Invitation to Tender document between 23 July 2021 and 12:00 noon on 18 Aug 2021. Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card for AVSECO’s record purpose when making the request. AVSECO will email the Invitation to Tender document to tenderers upon receipt of the company Business Registration Certificate and name card.
