Aviation Security Company Limited, Hong Kong (AVSECO) was established in 1997 and is jointly owned by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. At present, AVSECO employs over 5,000 staff.

AVSECO now invites tender for the provision of Provision of Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Integration of Replacement Network Switches Services of EOL Equipment.

Duration of the contract is three years from the contract commencement date which is tentatively January 2027. 

The Invitation to Tender document is available in the following manner:

(1)           Collect in person or via representative

Collect physically at AVSECO Procurement Office at 3/F., 15 Cheong Tat Road, Hong Kong International Airport Tower 2 from 14 October 2026 between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, until the tender closing time and date (2:30 pm on 11 November 2026).  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card upon collection for AVSECO’s record purpose.

(2)           Collect via Email

Email to the AVSECO Representative at tender.b@avseco.com.hk to request collection of the Invitation to Tender document between 14 October 2026 and 2:30 pm on 10 November 2026.  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card for AVSECO’s record purpose when making the request.  AVSECO will email the Invitation to Tender document to tenderers upon receipt of the company Business Registration Certificate and name card.
