Aviation Security Company Limited, Hong Kong (AVSECO) was established in 1997 and is jointly owned by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. At present, AVSECO employs over 4,000 staff.

AVSECO now invites tender for the provision of intranet revamp implementation & support and maintenance services. Duration of the contract is 26 months from the contract commencement date which is April 2026. 

The Invitation to Tender document is available in the following manner:

(1)           Collect in person or via representative

Collect physically at AVSECO Procurement Office at 3/F., 15 Cheong Tat Road, Hong Kong International Airport Tower 2 from 28 January 2026 between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, until the tender closing time and date (2:30 pm on 4 March 2026).  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card upon collection for AVSECO’s record purpose.

(2)           Collect via Email

Email to the AVSECO Representative at tender.b@avseco.com.hk to request collection of the Invitation to Tender document between 28 January 2026 and 2:30 pm on 3 March 2026.  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card for AVSECO’s record purpose when making the request.  AVSECO will email the Invitation to Tender document to tenderers upon receipt of the company Business Registration Certificate and name card.
