Mr. TSANG Fan-kwok Martin has been seconded from the Hong Kong Police Force as the Assistant Executive Director (Operations I) for a period of two years since 10th February 2020.

Mr. TSANG joined the Hong Kong Police Force as a Police Constable in February 1989 and was promoted to the rank of Senior Superintendent in August 2018.  For the past 31 years of service with the Force, Mr. TSANG has worked in a wide spectrum of duties including Uniform Branch, District Crime Units, Support Wing, Police Tactical Unit and Kowloon West Region.  Prior to the secondment, Mr. TSANG was attached to the Personnel Wing as the Senior Superintendent (Human Resources).
