Mr. YU Tat-chung, Tommy joined the Company on 23 September 2019 as Assistant Executive Director (HR and Training).  Mr. YU is a retired Assistant Commissioner of Police with over 37 years’ experience with the Hong Kong Police Force.  During the course of Mr. YU’s policing career he enjoyed a wide range of operational, training and management positions.
