The alliance comprising the Airport Authority Hong Kong and its subsidiaries — Hong Kong International Aviation Academy, AsiaWorld-Expo, and AVSECO — has been actively supporting the "Ride-To-Shine HK" Cycling Campaign. On 7 September 2026, the alliance worked together to achieve the remarkable milestone of completing 40,075 km (equivalent to cycling once around the Earth). A celebration ceremony was held at AsiaWorld-Expo to commemorate this achievement.

During the event, Mr. Jacob CHEUNG, our Executive Director, together with the senior management of Airport Authority Hong Kong, Hong Kong International Aviation Academy and AsiaWorld-Expo, as well as the Chairman and representatives from Shine Tak Foundation, completed the final 45 km together. This collective effort showcased the spirit of unity, perseverance and close collaboration across the airport community.
