Mr. CHAN Wah-chung, Kaison was appointed by Aviation Security Company Limited (AVSECO) as Assistant Executive Director (Human Resources and Training) on 11 May 2026.

Mr. CHAN had served in the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department for over 30 years and retired at the rank of Senior Superintendent, possessing profound experience and extensive knowledge in the Customs field. Between 2022 and 2026, Mr. CHAN was seconded from the Hong Kong Customs to AVSECO as Assistant Executive Director (Operations II), making significant contributions to aviation security operations. 

Leveraging his exceptional leadership and expertise in operational and human resources management, Mr. CHAN will lead the team in enhancing human resources strategies and continue to contribute to the professionalism of the Hong Kong airport community.
