Position: Assistant Executive Director (Operations II)

 Ms. MAN King-foon, Harriet has been seconded from the Customs and Excise Department as the Assistant Executive Director (Operations II) for a period of two years since April 2026. 

Ms. MAN joined the Customs in July 1997 as a Customs Inspector and was promoted to Senior Superintendent in June 2025. She has served in a wide range of postings, covering staff management, intelligence handling, passenger and cargo clearance, policy coordination during a secondment to the Security Bureau, trade facilitation, project planning, information technology and port control. Prior to this secondment, Ms MAN was the Head of the Dealers in Precious Metals and Stones Supervision Bureau, where she was responsible for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulatory work.
