AVSECO attended the "2025-26 ERB Annual Awards Ceremony" organized by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) on March 24, 2026, and once again won the highest honor – the "ERB Outstanding Employer of the Year Award." Receiving this important recognition for two consecutive years fully demonstrates AVSECO's outstanding contributions to talent development and corporate growth through its active promotion of ERB retraining courses, recruitment of graduates into the team, and its proactive efforts in promoting ERB retraining programs. Ms. Emily Chu, Deputy Executive Director (Management), accepted the award on behalf of the company at the ceremony.

AVSECO has consistently provided full support to ERB's diverse training and services, including active participation in the "Training and Employment Integration" program and collaborating with ERB to develop and tailor the "Basic Certificate in Aviation Security Supervision" course. Furthermore, AVSECO actively participates in ERB-organized career seminars and recruitment events, striving to cultivate a new generation of professionally skilled talent for the aviation security industry.
