The Workplace Health and Well-being Work Group organised a visit to the Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited (MTR) on 14 May 2025.  The delegation mainly comprising Senior Managers, Assistant Managers and Management Trainees visited In-town Check-in Facilities, Baggage Handling System, Station Control Room and Operations Control Centre in Kowloon and Tsing Yi Station.

Apart from introducing general responsibilities and vision of the MTR, the representatives also shared the technology application and emergency response with the delegation. The visit enhanced participants’ understanding on the diverse services, application of technology in the station’s facilities and In-town Check-in Facilities as well as the safety management culture and equipment of the MTR which broadened their horizons and facilitated the interaction between the two organisations.
