Establishing a security culture within the airport community is an ongoing endeavour that necessitates joint efforts from all stakeholders.  The Airline Operators Committee (HKIA) currently has a total of 89 member companies, with more than 40,000 staff including most airlines operating within the Hong Kong International Airport and as well as their cooperative members.  Through the signing of charter and the dedication to building collaborative partnerships, we are confident in establishing and solidifying the security culture across the entire airport community.

The charter sets a tangible cooperation framework for both parties to collaborate in elevating the security standards and levels across the airport community, sharing best practices, and cultivating the values, attitudes, and behaviours of "Security is Everyone's Responsibility" within the Hong Kong International Airport.  Moving forward, the Aviation Security Company Limited and the Airline Operators Committee (HKIA) are committed to working more closely to ensure the security of the Hong Kong International Airport.
