The "HKIA Community Cycling and Rowing Competition 2024" was successfully organized by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and concluded on 3^rd May 2024 (Friday) at AsiaWorld-Expo.  A total of 24 organziations from the airport community, including disciplinary forces, participated in the event, making it a thrilling competition.  Our Executive Director, Mr Cheung Tak-keung, led an elite team of 9 sports enthusiasts from AVSECO to participate in the event.  Our team demonstrated exceptional teamwork, determination and resilience in tackling the challenging 20 km cycling and 5 km rowing challenges.

Mr. Cheung's leadership was recognized with the 2^nd Runner-up of the “Best Team Leader Award”.  The event emphasized friendly competition and the fostering of industry camaraderie.  AVSECO looks forward to engaging in similar activities to promote sportsmanship and teamwork within the airport community.
