On 8 May, AVSECO was presented the merit prize in the HKIA "Safety Excellence Award" under the "Airport Safety Recognition Scheme 2023/24" organized by the Airport Authority. In addition, 18 AVSECO staff / groups also received awards in the “Role Model Safety Behaviour”, "Accident Prevention Measures" and "Good Safety Suggestion" categories.
