Position: Assistant Executive Director (Operations II) 

Mr. Kaison CHAN has been seconded from the Customs and Excise Department to AVSECO as the Assistant Executive Director (Operations II) for a period of two years since 17 November 2022.  Mr. Chan has rich experience and extensive knowledge in the Customs field, which covers frontline operation of passenger and cargo clearance, intelligence collection and coordination, and management and development of trade facilitation schemes.
