Commissioned by AVSECO, the University of Hong Kong has designed and delivered a 3-day Corporate Management Development Programme to twenty middle-level officers from 6^th to 8^th, December, 2021.  The Programme aims to prepare the officers for dealing with an increasingly complex work environment of the organization and taking up advanced leadership roles in the future, focusing on change management, people management and the management of the organisational operation from a public sector perspective.
