To enhance the interoperability and cooperation with the Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited (MTRC), Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) and Aviation Security Company Limited (AVSECO) in responding to the contingency situation happened at Airport Express Lane, a joint counter-terrorism exercise ‘STUDYCHECK’ was conducted on 18^th September 2021 at Hong Kong Station with 123 police officers, 2 MTRC staff, 70 Contingency Response Unit (CRU) members and 4 AVSECO Canine Unit (ACU) members together with 2 canines participating.

The exercise simulated a terrorist attack at Hong Kong Station, in which a pro-active approach was adopted with CRU and ACU mobilised in coordination with Police assistance.
