AVSECO has appointed the CityU Veterinary Medical Centre (VMC) as the principal veterinary service provider for the newly established AVSECO Canine Unit (ACU).  As a leading, well recognized and professional veterinary centre, CityU VMC is known for the provision of multi-faceted veterinary services ranging from primary care, specialty care to 24-hour emergency and critical care. AVSECO is confident that ACU dogs will receive the highest quality of health care from CityU VMC. 

On 17 February 2021, the Executive Director of AVSECO, Mr. Jacob CHEUNG, presented an appointment certificate to the Executive Director of CityU VMC Dr. Duncan HOCKLEY. Mr. CHEUNG and Dr. HOCKLEY took the opportunity to discuss a range of topics including veterinary studies, animal medics, treatment of animals and their welfare. Guided by CityU VMC staff, AVSECO management were given opportunity to visit the facilities on offer at CityU VMC and were impressed by the high quality state of the art equipment.
