Work Location: Dongguan

Job Duties

• To oversee the entire cargo screening operation and other aviation security matters at HKIALP in accordance with CAD and AA’s requirements;
• To assist in formulating policies to deliver cargo screening service to clients whose operation facilities are located at HKIALP;
• To manage frontline staff members (including both Mainland and Hong Kong employees) and monitor their overall performance to ensure that aviation security services are provided in an efficient, effective and reliable manner; and
• To oversee the entire administrative and financial work of the HKIALP Unit.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above with at least 10 years’ relevant working experience at managerial level in large logistics companies or related agencies;
• Good knowledge of aviation security administration and regulatory framework, and security management, preferably solid experience in the management of mainland staff;
• Well-developed analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua; and
• Willingly to station in the Mainland and immediate available is highly preferred.
