Job Duties

• Manage and supervise the team to provide full spectrum of Staff Relations functions;
• Develop and implement staff relations strategies and programs that foster positive relationships and a harmonious work environment;
• Plan and formulate the yearly plan of company events, ceremonies, welfare matters and activities as well as its implementation;
• Maintain effective staff communication channels;
• Manage and monitor the entire process of the GBA Internship Programme from entry to graduation;
• Prepare management reports, statistics reports and analysis for management review;
• Ensure the smooth and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures; and
• Any ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as directed.

Requirements

• Preferably Degree holder;
• 3 years or above supervisory experience preferably in HR field;
• Strong sense of responsibilities, attention to details and able to perform multi-tasks;
• Independent, flexible with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office application especially strong in Excel;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations in Hong Kong; and
• Knowledge or experience in SAP system is definitely an advantage.
