Administrative Assistant (Permit Office-Front Desk Team)

Job Duties
- Provide clerical and administration support to the Division as part of the Front Desk Team;
- Liaise with customers at the Front Desk and facilitate the application and issuing of permits;
- Answer phone enquiries on permit related matters;
- Manage file indexing and handle documentation work;
- Prepare internal documents as and when requested;
- Coordinate with other internal AVSECO Divisions in relation to ARA permit issues;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required; and
- Rotate to other Teams in the PMO to perform permit related functions subject to operational exigencies.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above (Fresh graduate will also be considered);
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Sound skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with computer systems is highly preferable;
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner;
- Even temperament and ability to work under pressure;
- Open personality and ability to work in a close-knit team environment; and
- Sound understanding of written / spoken English and Chinese.
