Senior Human Resources Officer (R Team)

Job Duties

  • Responsible for providing full spectrum of staff recruitment functions including candidate sourcing and screening, interview, onboarding and employment related arrangement;
  • Maintain accurate data and provide statistics and analysis to formulate HR reports for management review;
  • Coordinate Company advertising and brand building activities;
  • Supervise the team to ensure the smooth operation and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures; and
  • Any HR-related projects and initiatives as directed.

Requirements

  • Preferably a degree holder;
  • 2 years’ work experience preferably at supervisory level;
  • Good knowledge and application of the Employment Ordinance & other HR-related legislations;
  • Strong analytical skills with good numeric sense, highly capable of data administration and attention to details;
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel application is an advantage;
  • Knowledge or experience in SAP system is an advantage;
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to accept extra responsibilities;
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision and able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines;
  • Good leadership, organizing abilities and communication skills and is self-motivated and outgoing; and
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
