Management Trainee Programme

Our Management Trainee (MT) Programme aims to prepare recent graduates to take up executive-level positions by providing the skills and professional development needed for a high-flying aviation security management career.

Programme Structure

A 36-month comprehensive training curriculum is customised for trainees to accelerate their development. At the beginning of the programme, trainees are arranged to undergo an induction programme to familiarize themselves with the company operations and corporate values.

Throughout the programme, trainees will acquire job-related skills and knowledge through rotations in core operational divisions, participation in cross-functional projects and assignments.

Trainees are also provided with ample opportunities to participate in various structured classroom training and corporate events to sharpen their communication, presentation, problem-solving and leadership skills to forge successful careers in aviation security management.

Career Progression

The Management Trainee Programme provides fast-track career development in aviation security management. Upon completing the three-year programme, the Management Trainees who meet the Company expectations and requirements will be appointed to managerial positions.

Requirements

We are looking to recruit passionate individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Final-year university students or recent university graduates in any discipline
• Interested in aviation security management and working at the Airport
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve excellence
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate good leadership potential, openness, teamwork and integrity
• Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa

Will I be expected to work on shift?

You will be required to work shifts as the Hong Kong International Airport operates round the clock. The shift patterns depend on the posting you have.
