Job Duties

• Perform security monitoring and respond to security events and alerts;
• Conduct review of application/infrastructure to ensure proper setup of system;
• Conduct regular security tests such as vulnerability scan and penetration test;
• Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures;
• Participate in the evaluation, design, implementation and operations of IT security architecture;
• Assist application team in the design and execution of security test for development projects; and
• Conduct study and evaluation on emerging security trends, attacks and defense.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science/Information Security or a related discipline;
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience;
• Proven experience in performing system audit and review. Good understanding of network protocols and devices with practical knowledge in settings and configurations;
• Prior experience in the evaluation and implementation of End Point Security, IDS/IPS, SIEM, SOC, etc.;
• Operation knowledge of MS Windows and Linux;
• Holder of professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH are preferred; and
• Good team player, self-motivated.
